Are
you having problems accessing the calendars
or other products you purchased for download?
Here
are some answers to you problems you may be
having.
1)
I haven't received my username and password.
You should receive your username, password and calendar access within 72 hours
of purchase. If you haven't please contact Sandra Stimson at or use the Contact Us Form or 973.729.6601 and access info will be forwarded to you as soon
as possible.
2)
I am entering my username and password but
I can't get access.
Be sure to enter your username and password exactly as sent to you.
If you entered Spring as your username, you must type the letter S in uppercase
and the rest in lowercase. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
If you are entering your username
and password correctly and still can't get access:
a. Try turning off your Firewall.
If you gain access then you need to give your
Firewall permission to enter the passworded site.
For the dementia calendar give permission to http://www.activitytherapy.com/dementiacalendar
and for the sensory calendar - http://www.activitytherapy.com/.
b. Reboot your computer. It is possible
that you are having a temporary Internet connection
problem. Or there could be a problem with your
computer. Or there could be a temporary server
outage.
3)
I lost my password.
Go to the form below and click on "Get
Password."
4)
I have a new email address... I can retrieve
my password because its going to my old email
address.
Email or use the Contact Us Form and tell us the product you are attempting to
access, your old email address, and your new email address.
